Venice
A week ago we finally went to Venice, I gave this trip to my boyfriend for his birthday and the day D finally came. We went from Prague by bus during the night and in the morning we woke up in Italy close from our port. We took a boat from the nearby port Punta Sabbioni to Venice.

We had a Czech guide who told us a lot of information about history of Italy and Venice already during our ride by bus to Italy and on a boat she told us a little bit more. When we came to Venice port the guide showed us a special place where we met in the evening where we waited for a boat back and then me and my boyfriend went to explore this beautiful city.

Venice

I was really enthralled by this city. A little streets, beautiful old houses with even more beautiful balconies and windows with old shutters, canals, gondolas…I can’t even describe how I felt there. I love Italy it’s one of my favorite countries in the world. Not just for their food but for their architecture, history, people and fashion.

There are so many reasons why I love Italy so much. So we explored whole Venice… We saw a lot of beautiful places in Venice like Piazza San Marco, Grand Canal, Rialto Bridge, Doge’s Palace, Santa Maria della Salute etc…

We went for a cup of coffee to a nice little Cafe Rosa Salva.

My boyfriend took a pictures of me everywhere even on a gondola. Unfortunately we didn’t take a ride because I think it was quite cold for it. Next time maybe in the summer I would like to take the ride because it is a typical thing to do in Venice. In February I think you could not enjoy it as much as in the summer time. So let’s do it in the summer!

What I would like to say about Venice at the end of my article. Venice is so beautiful and romantic and I was so happy to finally see this incredible city!
